Deemed surrender and regrant
Deemed surrender and regrant in relation to lease holdings and in particular the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022, is where a lease is varied in a particular way, for example: where the term of the lease is extended, or where the demise of the lease is increased.
